Dr. Kim is Board Certified in Family Practice, and the Medical Director at the Baker Street site.

This was a natural progression for him as he showed an early aptitude for life sciences and a commitment to helping people. A native of Los Angeles, he graduated from UCLA and received his medical training at LAC-USC Medical Center.

After completing his residency in family practice, he accepted a sports medicine fellowship at San Jose Medical Center, an affiliate of Stanford University. The additional sports medicine training opened a new field of interest to Dr. Kim, who particularly enjoys working with patients and families who are training or want to get back into an active lifestyle.

He puts his beliefs into practice, fitting in weight training, running, aikido/iaido, and yoga sessions whenever he can; currently, he serves as medical director for Vanguard University's athletic training program, and advises on EMR and medical podcasting/blogging.
