Telehealth Services

What Is Telehealth?

Telehealth services allow you to get connected with your healthcare provider through video visits. These services will help you receive immediate healthcare assistance from our healthcare providers without scheduling an in-person visit.

Telehealth services make it easier for you to receive follow-up care and make sure everything is going well with your health. To access our telehealth services, you just need to have a computer, mobile, or tablet with a camera and internet connection.

How to Schedule Your Urgent Care Video Visit Online

  • From this website, patients can click on the “Reserve Online” button and fill out all appropriate fields then select the “Check here to request video visit” checkbox on the online reservation page that opens.
  • Patients are then called the same day to complete the online check in process, and for finalizing the reservation time and assuring visit can be performed virtually.
  • When it's time, the patient receives a link by text to connect to the video visit with instructions. Patients can simply click on the link, enter their information and join the session.
  • If the reason for visit requires an in-person visit instead of a video visit, the patient will be informed, screened for COVID-19 symptoms, and given further pre-visit instructions.

How to Request for a Primary Care Video Visit

Primary care patients are requested to call the office or contact us via the secure patient portal to discuss what type of visit you may require—in-person or telehealth video visit. For video visits, we will send you a link by text to connect to the video visit around 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Also, if your condition requires an in-person visit, we will provide the instructions for your in-office visit.
