Communication regarding patient status is a key to getting employees back on the job quickly. It is vital to keep the employer, patient, claims manager and medical provider informed at all times. Our goal is to provide the best quality medical care with a view toward prompt return to regular duty for all injured employees.

Meeting Your Specifications

We assign an industrial liaison to your company’s account to ensure that your employees are treated according to your requirements. Specifications, including the contact person in case of injury, availability of modified work, and other pertinent information is maintained in each of our offices and attached to each patient’s file for quick reference.

Immediate Status Reports

The treating provider, if requested, will telephone the employer regarding the condition of the employee. The employee will receive a progress report and the progress reports will also be faxed directly to the employer. This report indicates the time in, time out, complaints, diagnosis, treatment plan, restrictions and next appointment date. Services given, medications dispensed .

Ongoing Communication

From your employee’s initial visit to discharge, you won’t have to guess about their medical status. Our job is to keep you informed on a continuous basis.

Authorization for Treatment

Our staff works proactively with your insurance carrier or claims/risk manager to authorize treatments or referrals to specialty services when needed.

Complimentary Summary Reports

Our staff can generate summary reports for you on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis detailing each case by date and type of injury, services provided and cost.
